I read this story in The Guardian and realized that even two or three generations after slavery was at its height, people understand how intolerable slavery is, and that they can do something about it, now.


At least 40% of the chocolate made and sold throughout the world today is made by using child labour/slavery, primarily in West Africa, Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana.
